General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The General Data Protection Regulation, known as GDPR, aims to strengthen and standardise the safety and security of all data held within an organisation, reflecting changes in technology and the ways in which employers collect information about data subjects.

The new Data Protection Act 2018 replaces the Data Protection Act 1998 and has cemented the principles of the GDPR into UK law.

Change of Details Form
St Peter’s School will complete a data checking exercise every year. However, Parents and Carers will be able to maintain the data relating to their son/daughter by completing the SIMS Data Collection Process via SIMS Parent App or SLG. In all other cases the document below must be completed in order to change the details relating to a student. This can only be completed by a Parent/Carer and should be sent to: Maintaining Student Data, St Peter’s School, St Catherine’s Road, Bournemouth BH6 4AH

Subject Access Request Form
