Dorset Junior Chef of the Year
Huge congratulations to Year 8 student, Elijah, who has just WON Dorset Junior Chef of the Year and reached the semi-final of South West Junior Chef of the Year 2023, which was held at Weymouth College yesterday.
Elijah won with his wonderful homemade Tandoori chicken with pilau rice and raita. The judges said they were ‘wowed’ by the sheer depth of flavour in Elijah’s dish. As you can see from the photos, Elijah created a very high-end dish, with flavours to match. Elijah, we are so proud of you. You have represented the school so professionally and participated in such a huge event. Your dedication to the subject is admirable. Let’s celebrate his great success.
