Revision is pretty sweet when you can revise through cooking.
This week we made and enjoyed a fried breakfast and learnt about the food science relating to it... denaturing, coagulation, HBV and LBV proteins, heat transfer, polysaccharides and intrinsic/extrinsic sugars all covered.
