These Leaders were involved specifically in the Dorset Young Coach Academy and our students took part in a series of workshops run throughout the day focussing on how to progress their coaching skills. They enjoyed a very inspirational talk from Aaron Phipps, MBE who is a Great Britain Wheelchair Rugby athlete and Gold medal winning Paralympian.
