Outstanding Results

Students, families and staff at St Peter's School are celebrating another excellent set of A Level and vocational qualification results.

Headteacher Ben Doyle praised the achievements of the Year 13 cohort, highlighting both the growing number of top grades and the significant progress students have made during their time in the Sixth Form.

"It is fantastic to see the number of A and A* grades increasing alongside the strong progress our young people make between Year 11 and Year 13. Our students have done themselves proud and are set up superbly for the next chapter in their lives.

As always, it is important to thank our students’ families for their tremendous support, and our skilled and dedicated staff for all they have done. Together, they have supported and guided our Year 13 students throughout the past two years."

Simon Atkins, Head of Sixth Form, also paid tribute to the students' hard work and resilience.

"I would like to highlight Theo S, Sascha D, Lilia L, Zak D, Charley C, Dawid T, Charlotte P, Sam P, Daria M, Hughie J, Jessica E, Daisy B, Hannah B and Dave A, who all averaged an A grade or higher across all of their subjects.

There are so many other students I could mention, including those who have faced a number of challenges but have shown huge strength of character and resilience by performing exceptionally well. We are very proud of you all."

We are delighted to see our students progressing to such a wide variety of exciting destinations, including universities, apprenticeships and employment opportunities. We wish each one of them every success as they embark on the next chapter of their lives.
