After learning how to expertly portion a whole chicken, they transformed it into multiple meals — jerk chicken from the limbs, a rich homemade stock from the carcass, and chicken breasts saved and frozen for a curry the following week.

    The recent St Peter’s French and Food Technology trip to Paris offered students a rich and memorable programme of cultural, linguistic and educational experiences. The itinerary included visits to iconic landmarks such as Sacré-Cœur, Montmartre, Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, Montparnasse Tower and the Louvre, as well as a relaxing river cruise along the Seine.
