If you miss the deadline, you can still complete the consent form. Your child will then be offered:

• An appointment at a community catch-up clinic, or

• Vaccination during a return visit to the school later in the year.

If your child is unable to receive the vaccination during the school session, you will be able to book an appointment at one of the clinics. Please continue to check regularly, as additional clinics will be added throughout the programme.
