Year 10 crème patisserie skills

Our Year 10 students have be practising their crème patisserie skills this week. They are looking ahead to Year 11 and perfecting patè sucre, piping, using eggs to set custards and creating glazes.

Published 13/06/22Congratulations to Mariah, Year 10 (Intermediate girls hammer)and Abi, Year 12 (Senior girls 400m) who, following this weekend's Dorset Schools Athletics Championships, have qualified to represent Dorset Schools in the South West Schools’ Athletics Championships to be held in Exeter on Saturday 18 June.
