Ash Wednesday
Today, all of our students took some time out from their usual lessons to mark the beginning of Lent, from the youngest students in our primary phase to our oldest Sixth Formers.
Our Chaplains, Juliette and Liz, ran services throughout the day and students were encouraged to stop and reflect on the uphill journey we are all starting today towards Easter joy, a journey that, as Pope Francis says, requires “effort, sacrifice and concentration”.
