Market Research in Action

Year 13 CTEC Business students recently took part in a research trip to Bournemouth Town Centre as part of their Unit 5 Marketing coursework.

During the visit, they investigated lunchtime competitors for a new start-up company. As part of their research, students designed and conducted a questionnaire to gather primary data, including how much people are willing to pay for lunch, the types of lunches they typically purchase, and the kinds of promotions that influence their buying decisions.
