Parliament Week Library Vote

In partnership with Mr Ridley, the school library recently organised a special display to celebrate UK Parliament Week, featuring books on elections, voting, citizenship, and civil rights.
To help students experience the democratic process first-hand, visitors to the library were invited to take part in a two-question voting activity. A total of 43 students participated.
Question 1: Should we consider adding a third quiet reading lunchtime each week? We currently have two quiet lunchtimes each week and the results showed that 72% of students opted not to have an additional quiet lunchtime.
Question 2: Would you prefer an increase in fiction or non-fiction books in the library?
An enthusiastic 80% of respondents expressed a preference for expanding our collection of fiction titles.
Thank you to everyone who took part in the activity.
