Operation Encompass

St Peter’s School is part of Operation Encompass which is a police and education early intervention safeguarding partnership, that supports children and young people who experience Domestic Abuse.

Operation Encompass means that the police will share information about Domestic Abuse incidents with our school PRIOR to the start of the next school day when they have been called to a domestic incident. This information will be sent directly to the DSL/DDSL/Pastoral support workers for them to be aware of.

Information for parents/carers

Schools hold on file any domestic abuse alert connected to any student in the school that happens between parents/carers.
